Ada West Dermatology

I had two appointments, one to have some dark spots removed and that was definitely a five star! Stacy was awesome. The other one was to have a growth looked at and was a zero star. First they forgot that I was waiting and that appointment was at 11:15. Finally I had to go inquire about 11:50. They were surprised and then rushed me through. They quickly checked the growth and determined that it was not cancerous and were done with me. Never even offered to remove the growth and I'm sure it was because they were rushed. On to the next patient.

My doctor (Stephan Frelly) is great! Very knowledgeable-professional and also sometimes humorous which can put patients (myself included) at ease. I’d say the same with his assistants as well. The front desk personnel are courtesy and efficient. Happy to be a patient at Ada West Dermatology.

Alec seems like he knows his stuff, however I felt like I was being herded like cattle. I felt rushed by him and his helper and was not asked for input on my next appointment. They both spoke fast and I felt unimportant. Dr Burr was so polite and caring!

Staff was welcoming and warm, smiled and looked up from the computer to communicate. The medical assistant was kind and asked questions to help give Dr Winchester a complete overview of why I was there. Dr. Winchester was thorough and knowledgeable while also having a personable bedside manner. All in all a very good experience.

Came in and was promptly seen by a courteous young lady. Doctor was very proficient and got all the cancer on his first cut! Really great people and experience. My service dog loves them also.
