Went today for the first time and I’m SO HAPPY! The space had a beautiful, peaceful vibe and Sadie was so kind. She was careful with the products used due to my sensitivity issues and I left with the softest skin! Will definitely go back for another hydro facial!

So I live in California and my friend lives in Meridian, Idaho. Their home just exploded at the beginning of January with them in it and barely got out and lost everything including their cars. So I drive down there to get her things she needs and to help lift her up anyway I could because it was such a traumatic event that she just experienced. So I decided to take her to get a facial for the first time and it was my first time as well. I chose this place and was greeted by a sweet girl. Then the owner autumn came out and was talking with us, was actually extremely rude right off the bat I was gonna say something, but it was getting late and I really wanted my friend to get a facial and pampered and relaxed because I had to leave the next day back home so we really didn't have time to look for another place. my experience for my first facial was uncomfortable. It's supposed to be an absolutely relaxing experience instead I went in the room all tense because I was mad. I was not relaxed the entire time which made my experience horrible. It's like she made us feel like we were disturbing her. I'm not sure if she has things going on in her life, but they really shouldn't be brought to work, especially when somebody else has experience something so traumatic where they could've died and now have to start all over. This was when we were leaving and all done and she was still acting that way. I just wanted to leave at that point and as we were leaving, my friend brought up how rude she was and I thought it was just me, neither one of us had an enjoyable experience for our first time. So for your first time visit, they give you $50 off and a free gift well after my transaction she told me she had something nice. She was going to give me a little discount for helping my friend but the gift she was already supposed to give me because it was my first time, but she made it look like she was doing me a favor.. so I already wanted to get some products for me and my friend, but she was seriously trying to hustle us even then and when I told her that I was pretty limited to what I was spending because I had to use a credit card. I'm like wow I don't think we need all those products and then she starts taking a few away and saying these are probably more important but she literally wanted to sell us like many products for each of us. By that point, I was kind of shaking because I was so angry. I think more of the fact that I was spending several hundred dollars to this lady and didn't even have an enjoyable experience barely. This lady was not friendly whatsoever.. The young girl did my friend's facial and she said it wasn't very enjoyable either but at least she was friendly.. She explained to me what she did and she didn't even do the same things that were done in my facial which were supposed to be the same.. anyways I will never go back there and I will NEVER recommend that lady!!! Another thing that made me mad was this was supposed to be something to relax my friend after a traumatic experience and this lady did not give that to her whatsoever nor did she make us feel welcome. I literally felt like I was intruding in her place.. so now I'm stuck with payments on a first time experience, I didn't even enjoy. So this is my thought so she was offering a free little gift for first time sign ups which she gave to me, but made it sound like she was doing me a favor. She never said anything about it being a free gift because of that, but it was my friend’s first time too. Maybe it’s just supposed to be for the person who purchased But my friend literally just lost everything and she didn’t even give her one. I thought that was very odd that would’ve been the very humble thing to do and nice gesture. She was like I wanna make sure you get to your car safe and in your car as soon as we walk out the door and halfway down the steps she has the door closed. Wow. As soon as she walked in the room when we got there it for tense in the room. I really should’ve left at that point but like I said, there was no time to look for anything else.

Our experience was perfect. I think I snored during my facial sculpting amd aroma therapy, it was soooo relaxing. Autumn, has been great to work with, she has gone above and beyond to make things right for us and that is very much appreciated. We will come here again!!

I just recently discovered Hideaway House Spa and am so glad I did! Autumn was so helpful in explaining the different treatment options and working with my busy schedule to get me pampered. The spa uses organic products which left my skin feeling so clean and smooth. My first visit was for a sculptural facial which was heavenly! I immediately booked a massage for the following week. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. I appreciated that throughout my service I was asked about the pressure to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. A few weeks later I booked a body treatment that was so luxurious and relaxing. Every staff member has been so sweet and knowledgeable. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve received. I can’t wait to return for my next service! Thank you Autumn for creating such a wonderful space to indulge in much needed self-care.

I had an amazing experience during my facial and whole time at the spa! Liv was soft spoken and she took her time explaining what she was doing. I felt very relaxed and the whole vibe was amazing, will be coming back and recommending Liv!
