Everyone is very nice. The procedure was explained to me so I was prepared for some pain. I was a bit disappointed with the results though. I went in to get the lines filled around my mouth filled and although my lips look a bit fuller which I like, the Botox did nothing for my lines. I was told I would need to pay for another syringe to fill the lines. My thinking is that I just spent $500 to fill my lines and it did nothing to them, when I had been told one syringe should be adequate to remove them… why would I spend another $500 to try again? I just wish someone had told me they might not change, I would not have spent that kind of money for just slightly fuller lips and still have lip lines.

Every experience is the same. Knowledgeable and caring staff. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. It's obvious that your comfort, front start to finish, is a priority.

I’ve gone to Ideal Image for 2 years and during that time I’ve had laser facial hair removal and cool sculpting. Haley has been so supportive in my journey….helping me obtain great services at FANTASTIC prices. My results have been wonderful. The staff is friendly, truthful, professional and supportive. The staff is well-trained and they explain steps to achieve the best results from treatment. I’ve found the pricing fair, scheduling easy, processes transparent, and the procedures non-threatening. I’ve also had great support from front desk personnel and nursing staff..they are friendly, efficient, knowledgable…and THOROUGH!! I’m a satisfied customer so far!!

2/27/24 The technician I saw was amazing! She took time to check if I have seen any improvement. Was very detailed in explanations and questions. Adjusted my treatments, and was very kind. The receptionist there yesterday was a new face to me. She was not very welcoming or friendly. Insincerely offered to schedule, but I declined as I was unsure of my upcoming schedule changes. When I said that I would schedule online, she corrected me that they would prefer I would call in the future to schedule. Not in a friendly way. Not at all what I've experienced in the past.
