Love some of the Staff, others are terrible. Was 3 minutes late for my 5 year old sons appointment. They cancelled the appointment and said to come back later. After I left work early to make that time. I understand being late (as I work at a Dentist office) but they never get you back on time anyways. Would 3 minutes actually make a difference? We don't even call patients until they are 5 minutes late, they didnt even call. Just canceled the appointment. Went across the street to Bomtrager and they were happy to get us in right then. Turns out he had bronchitis, was nice to have someone willing to help.

We have always had good service here. The staff has been kind and helpful. Our doctor is Dr. Patten and we think he's great! He always answers all of my questions and explains everything really well. He's not pushy about anything, just gives his professional opinion and you can take it or leave it. I feel like he really cares about his patients and wants them to feel as healthy and comfortable as possible.

So… New update. The receptionists feel like they can determine who gets medical attention at the urgent care. I took my 7-month-old in for an infection in her finger. The receptionist told me they could make me an appointment for Monday. She hesitantly asked the provider if my daughter should be seen and the provider told her to check us in. The provider prescribed antibiotics immediately because of how bad the infection was starting to look. I walked in at 6:01. They close at 7:00. It’s not like it was RIGHT before they closed. There were also no other people in the waiting room. Literally zero other people. My baby’s little finger looked awful. Amy is amazing. She’s the provider we saw. But the receptionists? Wow.

Dr. Knapp is an awesome doctor. I went to him when pregnant and he was awesome with me and our baby. The staff there are all super nice and professional.

The doctors here are great. I love them. The office staff… is questionable. I called to see when my daughter’s appointment was, because I totally forgot the date for sure and put it in on the wrong date (I know because I accidentally put it in as a Sunday) and the lady told me the date and immediately hung up. In a very flat tone, she told me, “Her appointment is (date) at (time),” and then hung up. Nothing else. Just that. Super rude. Get it together, you guys.
