Dermatology Specialists of Illinois

I have had nothing but great experiences at dermatology specialist. I’ve been going there for years and have seen multiple providers, and have always had great care. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I can honestly say I don’t dread going to the dermatologist!!!

Extremely disappointed after arriving for an appointment to find out that the time was scheduled wrong and unable to see me during the hour I had already accounted for before work. I have already visited the office twice after being unable to schedule an appointment because the receptionist wouldn't schedule an appointment over a month ago. This place has used to be very accommodating, but as of late their office staff have become difficult, inflexible, and disrespectful to the point that I'm having an office manager tell me off over the phone. While I'm happy for their success in growing as a practice, unfortunately, their current state has turned this office into an overly transactional experience where patients are no longer "cared" for and directed to simply "check your text to communicate with us." Appointments have gotten so bad over the years that I had to switch providers because they're being overbooked and not left with enough time for each patient. Even during my last attempt to be seen, the nurse checks with the provider to whisper to the other "oh, she's already running late." I feel bad for the doctors themselves as their office staff may be the reason patients are turned away and must recommend looking elsewhere.

I was pleased that they are extremely thorough Communication and discussion was excellent My concerns were alleviated. My expectations were met, and my satisfaction could not be happier. The doctor's manners and communication skill, as well as excellence, rated 10 in my opinion

Dr. Boschnick is a fantastic Doctor. Smart and Talented. This is truly rare nowadays so I get compelled to share my experience: She LISTENS attentively, asks questions, thinks outside the box and doesn’t give up on you. I can’t thank her enough for this, I’m holding back my tears. She comes to the consult already prepared, asking the right questions. She is also up to date on researches, which is so refreshing. She also delivers results! The best progress I’ve ever made is now, under her care. She also treated my little girls and she was so great and patient. Her team is also very good; very transparent with pricing, very professional. I can’t recommend her enough, and it is beautiful to see someone that was born for this profession. I hope she is proud that all her efforts studying are truly changing patient’s lives.
