I want to preface by saying Dr. Kotis was NOT the surgeon conducting the consultation so it likely may not reflect the practice when Dr. Kotis is back in practice. Also important to note is that my consult was for gender affirming surgery rather than a cosmetic procedure and many of my critiques and concerns will not apply to those looking for other procedures. If you were botched (like me), and wondering how you’ll ever trust another surgeon again, look no further than Dr. Kotis and his team. Seriously! Just leaving my 2 month follow-up which is a critical point in my recovery, and I’m practically in tears of joy - not only did he fix the problem and give me the results I was originally looking for, but Dr. Kotis and his staff were incredibly accommodating, understanding, informative and professional throughout the entire process. Even better - they were consistent and punctual, at every single visit. The office is clean and modern, and they each take great care to push for an enjoyable experience. I will definitely return if I choose to have another procedure in the future and will absolutely recommend Dr. Kotis to anyone I know.

I absolutely love my results of my procedure. I am 6 weeks out and feel completely back to myself, but better! My results are exactly as I hoped, and recovery has been shockingly easy. Doctor Kotis is a wonderful listener and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone along the way was so wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this plastic surgeon unless you want a botched job unfortunately I went in for A breast augmentation, And unfortunately, Resulting with butchered Ariola's, way too high profile Ariola's, and too much under boob. Unfortunately, I will have to get tattooed to get the shape of my Ariola's fixed. I'm so embarrassed by the job And wish I never went to this office. I even gave the opportunity for Dr. Kotis or his other Surgeon the opportunity to revise it, But they decided to go the route of dismissing me by ignoring my calls. I even tried to communicate by email with Cindy and they kept telling me that the office will be in contact with me. There was no care to help me fix their mistake. After eight months of leading me on, I decided to not even give them the opportunity or chance to conduct surgery on me because I don't trust this office at all after how I was treated. If you go in for a consult, you'll wait over an hour. Christine and Christina, the nurses were so unprofessional By making empty promises and not willing to work with me to fix their mistake of Dr. Kotis. The office wasted my time. I will not be recommending this office. I'm so hurt and disappointed. I would be happy to share photos, but unfortunately, I'm too embarrassed.
