I highly recommend avoiding this place! My coworker and I went here because it was conveniently close to our office and the doctors were in-network with our insurance. We were assured that the appointments we scheduled would be fully covered by our insurance. I had a check-up for athlete's foot, and my coworker had one for hair loss. However, what they failed to mention is that none of the lab work was covered. I received a bill for $432, and I never even got the test results. My coworker's bill was $900 for the same situation. I've called the office multiple times and left several messages, but no one answers. The voicemail promises a call back within 24 hours, but we never received any response. Don't waste your hard-earned money here. Update their team asked me to fill out a form to look into my account. They said I would hear bank in 2 business days and no response yet. Shocker!!!!

i don't think my health is their top priority, First of all, my experience was not really good, Dr couldn't give me a diagnostic. She prescribed something to see if my skin problem got better. I told her where i like to get the medicine and she told me that she was going to send it, I told her that I was going to get it right after my visit was done. She never told me that they send the prescriptions until the end of the day. Never have the consideration to let me kmow. I was waiting at my pharmacy location for about an hour. I called them, and Crystol told me that prescriptions are sent until the end of the blessed day. Never ever giving an apology. I called one more time. So far I am still waiting for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. I has been almost two weeks. My second appointment is this coming thursday. I am not wasting my time with these people. A note to the Dr. taking my clothes off in front of you and the nurse was not really comfortable. My person, my health, my time, and my money were not appreciated. so no I am not going back to that place. I just gave an star so i could post it

I was recently seen by Dr. Lidia Pomaville on March 5th 2025 as a follow up from a previous visit a couple weeks back. I would like to state that I was not satisfied with my visit. My follow up visit was not what I expected, the doctor insisted that I stated to her something completely different from my original visit. The medication did not solve my issue. I felt she was a bit unprofessional. My future visits I will be requesting a different doctor.

Probably one of my best experiences of my lifetime with a medical professional. From the moment I walked into the easily accessible and clean building, where I was immediately acknowledged and warmly greeted by the receptionist. I then only had to wait a very brief time to be called into an exam room, where I was met by the Dr’s assistant Sandra who was respectful, courteous and kind. Dr. Meccia came in shortly after, she was thorough in her exam, she never seemed rushed as so many other doctors do. She explained in detail everything in “layman's” terms that she would be doing. She prepared me for the pain and discomfort the biopsy's she would be performing might cause. She was both ever so gentle and professional. I felt completely confident and safe under her care. She took the time to change her gloves and instruments to ensure sterility of each biopsy. I strongly recommend her services to anyone looking for an extremely qualified dermatologist whose bedside manner is only bested by her obvious expertise in this her field of medicine.

Physician Assistant Lidia is beyond amazing. I would give her 6 Stars if they were available. She is always on time, prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. Her Staff is the same. I highly recommend the office in Berwyn to anyone with a dermatology issue.
