Dr. Delis is truly outstanding! I’ve been seeing him for the past 3-4 years, and he’s always so kind and approachable – it feels like talking to a friend or family member. If you have any dermatology concerns, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Delis. You’ll be in great hands!

This place is a rip off. Had three suspicious spots/moles removed and instead of taking them all completely off like every other dermatologist I’ve ever been to, they apparently only shaved them off and in their words “not completely removing them.” So I get charged for the procedure and all the biopsies only to get a call a week later saying they recommend I come back to have the rest removed. What? Why wasn’t it all removed the first time. I was never even told or had a discussion about this with the doctor. I was under the impression they were removing them all then and there the first visit. Was never given any option or reason to think otherwise. So then they tell me it’s going to be a whole other procedure charge and biopsy charge to remove the rest of them and that I’d have to pay again. So basically they are doing this to charge you double?!!? Why would I go back to these people when they aren’t upfront honest or explain things? They obviously are doing this for double revenue. At least give patient the option because I would have said no and went back to my previous dermatologist who just takes them off in one swoop for one price. If I could give zero starts I would. Staff was not helpful and rude. Stay away

To anyone considering going to this place, let me share my story and share my experiences so maybe you’ll be more informed before you come here. (Been coming here for multiple years, dumb on my part… I know) Each time I visit this office, this is how it goes. The front desk receptionists are always friendly and I never had an issue with checking in or waiting to be called in. Then the doctor (Dr Delis) comes in , hardly even takes a look at my condition/reason for being there (acne) He will throw out a new prescription after the previous one failed. I’ll be out in less than 5 minutes, I always feel rushed and like I’m not even allowed to say what’s going on with my condition or situation. I just get a prescription thrown at me and then have to leave. Even though I’ve been in the system and a patient for quite some time, my prescriptions are always delayed and never sent to the pharmacy and I need to call a day or two later to inform the clinical staff. They never answer the phone and I always have to deal with the front desk staff (which are always helpful). Whenever needing to communicate with the clinical staff, they never respond. I can call multiple days in a row, never an answer nor even a call back. Besides the front desk staff, no one here will really care for you nor your condition. You’ll be thrown a prescription and then will have to be on your way. Do yourself a favor, contact Derick Dermatology which is only a little distance from this location. It’s a world of difference.

I had 4 cysts removed on my head by Dr. Delis. He talked to me through the whole procedure and made me feel comfortable. He answered all of the questions I had during the process since I couldn't see what was going on, and was great at helping to take my mind off of it when I needed it. The staff as a whole were fantastic, making sure that I was comfortable and feeling okay through the whole process.

I wanted to thank Dr. Delis and then office for being so helpful in getting in to see the doctor. What a great experience I’ve had! Dr. Delis is always so nice and informative with whatever I am in for that day! He is well versed and knows his stuff.. a big thank you for helping me get my ‘dry hands’ which turned out to be hand eczema —who knew!!.. in control. I highly recommend him along with the practice. Great staff and great service!
