Derick Dermatology - Buffalo Grove

This is a terrific dermatology office.  Check-In was quick, very efficient. The waiting room is very nice.  As for the appointment, I was fortunate to have the most professional, kind and knowledgeable person taking care of my dermatology issues.  I went in for a full body exam to check for any potential issues.  Thanks to PA-C Sara Lopez, she noticed a few items that required attention, which I was not aware of.  She was very thorough, professional and detail oriented.  I highly recommend going to her for any dermatology concerns.

I consistently have excellent experiences at Derick Dermatology. From the time I check in to the time I leave, the office and medical staff members all make me feel welcome and comfortable. I have always received a clear and understandable explanation of what procedures were going to be performed and why. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service. I feel so well cared for every time I have an appointment!

edit: Reached out to discuss and they would not transfer me to a supervisor. original post: We were billed $310 for a new patient fee.. I asked billing to help explain why this cost was so high and they couldn't give a clear reason other than "3 items were discussed". So if I didn't mention a dry scalp issue, the fee would be lowered? They were unable to help me come to a reasonable solution and will not be coming back. Expect a high bill, even if you are going for a quick check for something. Doctor and staff (not billing) were great.

I would like to express my gratitude to the amazing medical team for diagnosing my skin rash and prescribing the perfect treatment. After struggling for a while, their expertise and careful attention made all the difference. The prescription worked wonders and my skin is finally healed. Special thanks to Medical Assistant Husna and Physician Assistant Hanna for your professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend this team for anyone seeking expert care.

Derick Dermatology is one of the friendliest medical offices I have ever been to. Dr Kobierska is not only very good at dermatology , she also takes plenty of time with her patients. You never feel like she is rushing you out.
