Love Rachel!! The best office. They always take great care of me.

I'm shocked to see such a low rating for this office. I have seen Rachel 3-4 times over the past few months, and my experience has been consistently excellent. All of the staff that I have encountered here have been kind and helpful, including the gal at the front desk. Rachel is very knowledgeable and patient and has thoroughly explained and answered any questions I come up with. I don't ever feel rushed; procedures have gone well, and the medications prescribed have only helped. Definitely 5 stars!

Rachel and her team are amazing! I had a small procedure today and they jumped into action when I began to feel ill. I have medical anxiety and I couldnt be more grateful for how they treated me.

This review is based just on my experience on the phone with them, as I didn't go there for service. I called by mistake trying to reach another office to inquire about an appointment I had scheduled, which was of course my error. However, the person who answered the phone was not polite or helpful and made me feel stupid and like I was wasting her time. Instead of brushing off my understandable mistake with a friendly comment, which would have left me with a positive impression of the place, she responded condescendingly so now I feel like I don't ever want to call there again.

Rachel is wonderful. Very thorough exams and takes the time to listen to any concerns. No problem getting an appointment. Highly recommend.
