I decided to call and schedule my visit, appreciating the convenience of their services. Although they offered an online booking option, I prefer speaking directly on the phone. They managed to fit me in within the week. My aesthetician, Caitlyn, was fantastic! She possessed extensive knowledge about skincare and recommended the most suitable procedures for my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend this med spa, especially for beginners like myself!

Amazing experience from start to finish! I first started with a consultation - they took a scan of my face, talked through my skin health, and discussed treatment options that worked with my goals in partnering with the team. I then received a multitude of treatments from Caitlyn (she is phenomenal) in which she explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what the end results were going to be. I left my appointment feeling satisfied and excited to continue working with the BRB team. In the coming weeks, I received compliments on my complexion almost every time I was seeing someone I hadn’t seen since treatment. I loved the way I saw myself in the mirror and already have my next session booked!

Very cozy ambience. I had my consultation with Caitlyn and it was wonderful. She was pleasant and provided informative skin details that was super helpful. Skin type, Pores level, UV damage & others. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staffs in a serene, calming environment that instantly put me and my partner at ease. Gillian at the reception made checking in and out so easy. Even offered us drinks as soon as we step inside the clinic. Luigi has been very accommodating and making sure we’re comfortable and at ease. I had BBL and Moxi treatment and my esthetician Caitlyn with NP Francis both were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the entire process and what to expect. Caitlyn made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. The spa also offers a variety of services, from facials to injectables, all tailored to individual needs. I especially appreciated how BRB focused on my specific skincare concerns, giving me personalized advice on how to maintain the results at home. Excited for the result and looking forward to continuing my treatments with BRB. The name of the clinic itself really holds its mission and vision to its clients, and it just made me feel at home and truly I will BRB.
