I had a great experience with Dr. Moynihan and his team! From communicating with team members about setting up a consultation, to talking through what the procedure would entail and getting mock up photos created, I was very excited to move forward with my surgery. All of the instructions throughout the process were explained very clearly so I never felt like I was missing information. Surgery itself went great, the facility is very well organized and you have a whole team (nurses, the doctor and anesthesiologist) meeting with you beforehand to talk through as much information as you would like. Recovery went just as I had expected and was explained to me, and I love my results. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in getting a rhinoplasty to check out gold coast plastic surgery!

I can't say enough about Dr. Moynihan and the team at GCPS. I had an eyelid and brow procedure done to fix years of asymmetrical eyelids that made me avoid taking photos and feel very insecure. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place! Dr. Moynihan is the best - he is a professional, but also has an incredible bedside manner and kept me at ease throughout the whole process. The team on the day of my procedure was incredible. Having a private surgical suite is such a unique experience, the comfort it gave me was just wonderful. After I woke up, I was feeling some nausea and my anesthesiologist was right by my side, even using accupressure to help my symptoms subside! They were completely focused on my feeling like myself as quickly as possible. The nursing staff was exceptional and made me feel like I was in my own home. And my results are amazing! I can't believe what he was able to do!! I would recommend Dr. Moynihan and his team a million times over!

I was insecure about my nose from a very young age. In May of 2016, after YEARS of saving, I finally got a rhinoplasty with Dr. Moynihan. During the initial consultation, Dr. Moynihan made me feel very at ease about the process and his staff was incredible. The staff at the surgery center was also top-notch and took exceptional care of me during my stay. Unfortunately, shortly after my surgery, I noticed that my nostrils were very uneven. I brought this up during my follow-up appts. and Dr. Moynihan was extremely dismissive of my concerns and made me feel crazy about even mentioning it. He said it was just swelling and that it would go away with time. Well, it’s been nearly 9 years and the issue never corrected itself. Now, I'm left with one nostril that is visibly higher than the other nostril and a nose that appears uneven and crooked and that I’m still insecure about. My nose looks completely different from my left profile versus my right profile. The main issue I was looking to correct with the rhinoplasty was a bulbous tip and, although I hated my nose pre-surgery, my nose WAS symmetrical. Dr. Moynihan even mentioned that I had a very symmetrical nose in my initial consult. This certainly isn’t the case now post rhinoplasty. My interactions with Dr. Moynihan and his staff were very positive until my follow-up appointments. Unfortunately, nearly 9 years later, I’m still so unhappy and frankly really sad and disappointed about the results from my surgery. I wanted a rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember and I researched for months before selecting Dr. Moynihan as my surgeon. I even went as far to reach out to other girls that had rhinoplasties done with Dr. Moynihan and they were all so pleased with their results. I guess I’m just one of the unlucky ones that didn’t get what they paid for.

Dr. Moynihan is an amazing doctor. At first I felt uncomfortable talking about my insecurities and how I felt but sitting down with the Dr I felt very good opening up to him with my issues and he listens and cares. Any concerns I had whether it is big/small he took his time with me to understand my situation and then come up with a plan to help achieve the results I desire. Best part about my experience is the results are natural and helps achieve the best version of myself. Would definitely recommend!
