***PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY*** The injectors at this establishment are highly unprofessional and DO NOT know what they are doing. I went in for a lip filler consultation, I voiced my concerns and what my goal was. They acted like they heard my concerns in a dismissive manner, as if I was annoying them and knew what they had to do. The minute they did the first couple of injections, I knew their technique was not normal. I went back a few days later due to excessive swollenness and bruising, I asked to speak with them and both injectors told me I didn’t know what I was talking about even though I have gotten lip filler multiple times before. They tried resolving the issue by offering to get them dissolved but they were ROLLING THEIR EYES right in my face literally saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. Of course I refused to received any further services from them since they puncture and inject peoples faces with no expertise or basic knowledge. I am currently two months after the procedure and my lips are completely deformed due to the misplaced filler. It took almost ONE MONTH for the swelling from main injury to go down. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself from this establishment. FIRST 4 photos are from week 1 of procedure. LAST 2 photos are current, over 2 months after procedure.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at Hermosa Cosmetic Center! From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through every step of my treatment. The results exceeded my expectations—I feel rejuvenated and confident. I'll definitely be returning for more!

Warning!! This place is shady, their physicians do not know what they’re doing. I took my mom there to do Botox and fillers and for more than two weeks after my mom had been suffering from the pain and redness (which isn’t normal bc shes had Botox many times and never suffered any pain afterwards) and all that aside most importantly they botched it! the pictures show all the spots they injected are still patchy and spread VERY unevenly, the lip injections made the corners of her mouth pointing down and nasal folds deeper which make her look a lot older and mean looking, they also convinced us to inject fillers on her nose which made her whole nose and forehead red. she walked in there happily to spend her money to feel good but now she’s full of insecurity and regret— they tried to fix it by saying she’s allergic and gave her steroid shots and made her take a five day antihistamine treatment but nothing changed after two weeks. And the worst part is they wouldn’t refund us anything but instead shamelessly offered to give us credits to gift other people to spend there, I’m an ethical person I wouldn’t do that to anyone. On top of all this the physicians barely speak English all they say is “look good” “you go, tomorrow all good”which are all lies because nothing is good or fine. We spent $2000 and suffered so much more stress to learn this lesson now I’m telling you for free: Literally go anywhere else, this place will f*** up your face and they won’t even admit it or fix it.

It surprises me to read Em K's review. To me, what she is saying sounds very strange. I have been a customer of Hermosa Cosmetic Center for over a year. None of what she describes has been part of my experience during my visits. When I come to the Center I am always greeted at the front desk by the business manager. Her name is Mercy. She is very nice, goes out of her way to ask questions about you and genuinely cares about the patients. Basically goes way above and beyond what is required of her to make the experience of the patient as pleasant as possible. What was written about the credentials is simply not true. All injectors associated with Hermosa Cosmetic Center are licensed and certified in Botox, Fillers, Sclerotherapy, PDO threads, and PRP. Furthermore, for every procedure that I have completed there, I was completely in the loop as to what was going to happen during the procedure and after. I was informed on what my expectations should be. I was also told politely when my expectations were not realistic and why. No matter what was said by the Injectors it always was accompanied by an explanation. I never felt like a patient that is blindly following what the Injector said. In short, everyone in Hermosa Cosmetic Center is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend anyone that is interested in any cosmetic procedures to go there. You are in good hands with the people there. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Friendly staff, well informed, affordable. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Plus they make me look great!
