I booked the Medical Grade Facial for $125 at the Deer Park location . I’ve had facials before so I expected a luxury 60 minute relaxing, pampering treatment where my skin would be steamed, cleansed, exfoliated, extracted, moisturized, etc. in a cozy environment. The only luxurious thing about my experience was the waiting room decor. My aesthetician Siobhan was 10 minutes late to the appointment. She took me to a room with harsh fluorescent lights. It was like a nicely decorated dentist office. After discussing my skin, she immediately tried to upsell me $1,000+ in higher end treatments. She was nice but honestly didn’t seem too sure about how to actually help me. Because I had had one before, I agreed to a more expensive treatment (a single hydrafacial which was $200+) but the machine they needed wasn’t available. She tried to get me to come a different day but I didn’t want to nor had the availability to. I asked what the facial I booked consisted of and she told me she would do a chemical peel on me. She also seemed annoyed with me after I wouldn’t be pressured into a more expensive treatment. I laid down on the table, she spent 20 seconds washing my face (no steam before hand, no dimming of the lights or anything relaxing. She did put music on but didn’t ask me for my preference.) After the face wash, I think she dermaplaned my skin. Then she applied 2 rounds of chemical peel via cotton pads and applied a retinol after that and that was it. She said she was done and I said “oh cool” but what I really meant was that I was thoroughly disappointed. I booked a facial specifically to be pampered and relaxed and instead got the exact opposite. They really put the “medical” in medical grade facial. It was as uncomfortable as a doctor visit. I don’t even think a chemical peel was the right treatment for me honestly. She also told me there’d only be a day of downtime but it’s been 3 days and my skin is still peeling. Wont be going back. Waste of my time and money.

Love love love the facials I receive from Becca at Images Mokena. She is highly skilled and takes the time to really know my skin. The products are 1st rate and the time I’m there is very relaxing. I absolutely glow when I leave the spa. I have had many facials but I will continue to book with Becca.

Jess Cadet is a pro. She solved my problem and did the treatment exactly what I need/ want. Super helpful and easy to communicate. Can’t wait to see my final result!

Jenny is great. She explains everything so clearly and I always feel like I’m relaxing at the spa with a friend.

Richelle is the absolute best! I have been seeing her for about 4-5 years now. She dissolved my lips from a previous injector from out of state and then re injected, my lips are absolutely amazing. She takes her time, never over injects. Richelle is amazing and knows what she is doing. I cannot recommend her enough!
