Jennifer has always been the only person I trust with my skin and I was thrilled when she started offering laser treatments. I’m blown away by the results! She continues to improve my skin with each treatment and I got so many compliments on my skin this holiday season. She gives the best facials in town but the laser is not to be missed. Lustre Skin Boutique is the first practice I ever went to for a facial back in 2017 or so, at the previous West Loop location. I was desperate: congested pores, painful cystic acne, redness, and generally very grumpy and unmanageable skin. As a newbie, I really appreciated Jennifer's thoughtfulness, explanations of procedures and products being used, and overall approach. I also appreciated that she is an independent business owner who is not aggressively pushing products or treatments I don't want or need. After less than a year of visits, I can say without exaggeration that her treatments changed my entire face for the better. I am so pleased with the new West Loop location! Parking/public trans makes it easy to come for my appointments, and Jennifer's investment in the laser equipment means I can continue with the occasional facial laser treatments I love, AND that I finally can proceed with laser hair removal on my legs--just 2 treatments have already made a radical difference, thanks to her expertise, high quality equipment, and continued investment in her craft (seriously, the woman is always learning and training and improving!) I discovered Lustre Skin Boutique by scouring Google reviews and taking a chance, so I really hope that adding mine to the mix helps others encounter the excellent care plus fun + friendly environment that I have enjoyed all these years, and will for many more.

Lustre Skin Boutique is amazing! Jennifer is the absolute BEST! She is kind, gentle, and so knowledgable regarding skin! My first appointment was about a month ago and it was such a wonderful experience. Jennifer recommended microneedling with RF and a laser treatment to combat my signs of aging at the ripe old age of 40! The treatment itself was slightly uncomfortable, but very tolerable. I had only a couple of days of downtime and now a month later, my skin is glowing and all my hyperpigmentation has diminished! I even feel like my skin is tighter (dare I say…mini face-lift)!! Today, I came in for another treatment, because I can’t stay away!! I was able to have my genetic keratosis spots around the perimeter of my face removed with the Vascutouch. I can’t wait to see the results! These treatments are worth every penny!! Everyone needs a little or a lot of self care… myself being the latter! Highly recommend this studio!! Jennifer has been fabulous. My eyebrows get compliments daily. She is that good. Life changing actually. Transformed my whole face. Her facials also outstanding. she is the only person that has touch my my face for at at least five years. Micro needling is the best and I can say say I look 10 years younger, honest review and I appreciate her.
