Happy to take this down once someone from corporate reaches out to me. I had laser hair removal performed and it did not work. To my surprise it didn’t work because the tech doing the treatments had me coming in with rice grain length hair. The amount of money spent on the service, parking, gas, and time spent driving there / for service was A LOT. I’ve sent emails and called. The tech at one point told me to come by for a complimentary touch up but then canceled cause she hurt her arm. Totally okay but she never reached back out.

I’ve been seeing Alyssa for my Morpheus sessions and have had two so far, with one left in my package. Previously, I had two sessions at a plastic surgeon’s office in the suburbs, where I paid double the price and they weren’t nearly as thorough as Alyssa. She’s amazing! I’m already loving my results!

Victoria was so nice! She creates such a warm environment. I got a hydrafacial done and she walked me through all the steps. My skin felt absolutely amazing afterwards! Highly recommend!

I decided to go in for a microneedling session after I saw an Instagram post for a special discounted rate. I made my appointment over the phone with Sam who was really nice and answered all my questions . When I came in, the spa reception was very warm and friendly. The spa was tidy and clean with refreshments and brochures. My intake form on the iPad took less than 5 mins. Right after, I was taken to the room by my service provider Caitlyn who was soo warm and welcoming. She asked me if I needed to use the restroom before we started and she went over everything from start to finish. It was soo nice to get microneedling w/ prp for the same price as synthetic hyaluronic acid. Caitlyn applied numbing cream and after my whole face was numb we started the procedure. She started with the forehead, upper lip and nose taking into consideration these sensitive areas which is best to do first while the numbing cream is in full effect. Then she moved on to all other areas of my face going gently with a nice easy glide so not to cause any damage to the skin. After treating the whole face, she made sure to spot treat on my sun spots right at my temples. She also spot treated other areas post inflammatory hyperpigmentation caused from prior acne. And she spot treated my ice pick scars. She was warm and welcoming answering any questions I had with patience and even made friendly chat with me making the time go by smoothly. It felt like a personal treatment by someone who genuinely cares. Afterwards I was a little confused regarding post treatment care as my last microneedling treatment was in 2022. She ensured me to keep the prp residue on my face for 48 hrs for the best results and then do a gentle cleanse with no actives followed with a moisturizer and some mineral sunscreen and advised me to use some form of visor /umbrella to prevent any photo sensitivity esp the first 48 hrs post treatment. My skin was GLOWING after the treatment with that post pinkish erythema hue. No over bleeding, just a nice pinkish hue. Skin was feeling tight and I could already feel the rejuvenating effects my skin was undergoing! Can't wait to see the difference in 2 weeks! Simranjit was my injector and she was great. She explained to me the best places to optimize Botox for my face. I’ve gone to places that give the vibe of “we’re going to do what we want with little explanation”. I felt I was in good care. She was friendly and overall the location was very clean. I had a chance to meet the owner and he was very friendly too.
