I've received 2 facials from Kelly and both were phenomenal. The first I mainly wanted my skin to be less dull and wanted to go for the full spa experience so I did the deluxe, and she went with an oxygen treatment. I left feeling relaxed my skin looking vibrant. the second time i wanted to focus on my hyper pigmentation so she chose a vitamin c peel that was light, no irritation. each time i've left I can see a difference with the extractions and the use of the treatments. Kelly answers any questions I have, explains what she's using. I will definitely be booking again.

Ashley was so informative and helpful. She went through my skincare routine to help me figure out why my acne has been so bad. She was so friendly and the products she suggested have worked great! Not only did the acne facial help with my acne it was so soothing and relaxing. I will definitely come back for another facial in the future.

Booked last minute for a signature facial. I was traveling and the change in climate was causing me to breakout due to the dehydration. Kelly was wonderful, she and I discussed what I was concerned about and she also took time to evaluate my skin and suggest a treatment that would be the best for my situation. Super calming and relaxing and instantaneous difference making me look refreshed and the breakouts calmed down. She also helped me work through my current skin care regime and we found just one step missing that would help with the texture and breakouts. Honestly just 10/10. No pressure, calm, and I got some great insight that will help when I travel in the future. I’m not a stranger to Chicago so I’ll book with Kelly when I come in the future.
