I never ever leave reviews but Audrey deserves the praise! I've been coming to her for laser for over a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! She takes her time and is so helpful with any questions I have. As a trans person, I always feel welcomed by the staff, but especially Audrey. I've never felt any judgement or shame - she's a top tier example of someone who genuinely wants to help all bodies feel beautiful.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with my diamond glow facial at SpaDerma. Not only was the treatment itself underwhelming—leaving my skin no better than before—but I was shocked to discover they sent me home with half a bottle of serum marked “professional use only.” Seriously? I paid full price for a premium service, and they couldn’t even give me a full product, let alone one I’m apparently not even supposed to use on my own. It felt like a blatant rip-off. To make matters worse, after I posted an honest review online, a representative from SpaDerma called me and offered a refund if I deleted it. Desperate to make this right, I agreed—only to find out they only gave me a partial refund! So now I’m out money, stuck with a sketchy half-used product, and dealing with their shady tactics. This place is unethical, unprofessional, and frankly, medically unsafe. I’m reporting this incident to the state authorities because no one should have to deal with this kind of deceptive nonsense. Avoid SpaDerma at all costs!

I love my monthly facials with Lynzee! I look forward to them every couple of weeks and am so grateful to her for how much my skin has improved thanks to her expertise. I’ve struggled with acne since I was a teenager and am finally seeing a significant improvement after all these years.

Lyndzee is a doll. She’s easy to talk to even for an introvert like me with social anxiety, plus she does an amazing job. I had a diamond glow facial with prx and my face today is glowing (plus it’s softer than a babies bum). Thanks Lyndzee!

EDIT: The branch manager reached out to me to apologise and issue a refund. It seems like different branches are not always aware of promos and it was a misunderstanding. I appreciate them reaching out to sort this out! First of all, I want to emphasize that the 1-star rating is not a reflection of the quality of services provided. I had an excellent A.C.E. facial with Carmen who talked me through each step and gave me wonderful advice for my skin. I had a great conversation with her and would definitely return to get another facial from her. The 1-star review is because of a misleading holiday promotional ad by SpaDerma which made it seem like first-time customers would be charged $50 for a facial. However, it is only when you look at the caption (and for me, only at the time of payment) that I realized that they meant $50 off the regular price of a facial. I ended up paying $150 (not including tip) for what I expected to be a $50 facial. I am very disappointed by this intentionally misleading ad and will not be a returning customer as a result. However, if you decide to go, I would highly recommend Carmen, she was fantastic!
