Mariela !!! Is the best very educated on her skill. So friendly and kind . Love her I got Botox my first time about two weeks ago .. love it ! And going in today for filler ! Excited and I will show updates!

This place is beautiful and very clean. Mariela greeted me when I came in,offered me something to drink and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time getting Botox, Mariela thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Prices were very affordable and reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely be returning.

This was my first time at the beauty factory and i was highly disappointed. The service provider that took me did not even tell me her name and I realized it was probably because that was not the original girl I was supposed to see as someone by a different name called me to confirm and said i would be seeing her. The "hydrodermabrasion" poured freezing cold liquid into my nose, ears,eyes, and down the back of my neck. I had to ask if that was normal before my esthetican told me something must be wrong with the machine. I told her a regular microderm would be fine by me if she was having an issue. She then did one pass of microderm on my skin and stopped then applied an enzyme and after removing the enzyme gave me a face massage further irritating my skin. I have had many microderms and I know you should not be rubbing the skin after that kind of exfoliation. My face is extremely red and sensitive after something it should not have been if you read the descriptions on the website. She did end up comping the service besides my $50 deposit after I explained this was not a microderm facial which I appreciate but i feel like $50 was even too much as i did not get any service in its entirety, let alone a full microderm or hydradermabrasion. I came it hoping to refresh my skin before my birthday weekend but went home feeling like i needed to wash my face badly.

Mariela is the best hands down when it comes to lips and Botox! I no longer have a gummy smile and I have the cutest lips ever. Honestly they are such a confidence booster. I also get Botox on my forehead & crows feet and I’m constantly complimented on my skin. Little do they know it’s Botox 😌Mariela will always guide you in the right direction if you’re not sure what you need. Literally, quit debating you NEED injectables in your life 🖤

Today I had my very first facial with Mariela is amazing person, she is highly educated in her field.She made me feel very comfortable also very understanding. Definitely returning. See you soon Mariela ❤️
