A BIG complaint is the front desk; I am always treated rudely, billing and appointments not handled professionally and the lady working acts like she is doing you a favor by helping you. She has made several billing errors and has never once apologized. I hate being in the waiting room and hearing her interact with others the same way. I see several bad reviews about her, so I know it’s an ongoing issue. Really like seeing the PA Elizabeth Zanone, she is extremely attentive and always takes care of my concerns. I never feel rushed and the follow-up has always been great. I have noticed a markable improvement in my psoriasis and feel very comfortable with the course of treatment she has prescribed.

I called and left a voicemail with the front desk and it took them days to respond. When I finally got a call back the girl was extremely rude. Her tone was very negative and she did not care about anything I was saying. She was super unhelpful and I ended up I telling her I would find another place.

Dr. Elizabeth is the best! I’ve struggled with cystic acne for years now and she’s helped clear up my skin tremendously. I can always count on her for all my skincare needs!

Can't say enough; great Drs and staff, always an pleasant appointment experience (Minus the Front Desk Staff). I started seeing Dr. Tazudeen and when he moved to another practice location, I transitioned to Dr Garden. Both are wonderful Drs and make you feel very comfortable and well taken care of I go for adult acne care and yearly mole/skin checks. Definitely recommend the practice and both Drs!

I’ve been here twice and Dr. Wang is phenomenal! Very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She has two women who do the office work who are both extremely friendly and nice. Although I’m giving 4 stars due to her assistant. Both times I’ve been there her assistant has been extremely rude and just gives off the feeling of being cold. I feel like people don’t like going to the doctors in general, to have to deal with someone who comes off like that makes it a not so good experience almost right away.
