Premier Dermatology - Crest Hill

The office was beautiful and immaculate. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. When it was determined that the doctor was running behind they promptly(within 2 minutes of my appointment time)notified me.(This doesn’t happen at other physicians’ offices). Dr. Kelleher was professional, patient, knowledgeable and quickly developed a plan to resolve my issues. What more could you ask for? Therefore; I highly recommend this office.

3.5 rating You are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before in the case there was any documentation I may need to complete; because I am a new patient. I sat in the waiting area and watched several people who came in after me get called… which for the first few was fine. By my “scheduled” appointment time I still had not been called. 10 minutes after my scheduled time I finally went to the receptionist window and asked what May be the issue. To which the response was, “ They’ve taken your paperwork, it should be soon.” 10minutes later I was finally called in. Thinking to have an early appointment and get to work on time was a big mistake. Now for what is good about the Office. Smooth registration; all of the receptionists are pleasant and professional. The intake staff/nurse was professional and thorough. Asked all the right questions and filled the Dr. in on the medical issue at hand. And the Dr. has a good listening ear as to the condition. Dr. Explained everything and was attentive. I felt very comfortable and confident in the Doctor’s decision.

Dr. Kelleher was the BEST. Today was my first time having any type of procedures. He and his staff throughly explained both. I had and have full confidence in him. Overall from the check-in to the checkout and everything in-between was awesome! What a great group!

I am not one to leave reviews however my granddaughters experience with this team has exceeded my expectations we both feel safe and cared for. This has been a safe place to discuss sensitive skin issues that leaves us feeling like we are not alone in this journey. We are grateful.

Very professional and courteous staff. My appointment was at 11:30am and they took me back at 11:30! The nurse was friendly and explained everything while also having a cordial conversation. The doctor was professional and checked with me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. At the end, they explained the after care instructions in detail and scheduled my follow up beforeI left. Overall a great experience.
