Love the DD family. Was able to express check-in for my appt. Only waited 5 min in the waiting room before they brought me back for my skin check. Appointment was timely and thorough. If you’re looking for a dermatologist I definitely recommend the Derick team!

Lovely office and staff. Posted my lab results and when I asked for a "plain English" translation, they said that the Dr still needed to review them (then why are they posted???). Then I get an email saying my labs have been reviewed and I need to contact the doctor (alarm bells anyone?). I call the number, and am not speaking with a doctor but with a scheduler telling me that everything was benign, but I should come back to have more taken off as they didn't get complete margins. The removals will require cutting a sutures, so no exercise for 3 weeks. Oh, and they will only do two at a time, so that will be 6 weeks out of my health and fitness journey...for something benign. As I have talked to friends about it, they have all had the same experiences. Smells a like pocket lining in the best case and insurance fraud in the worst case. I will find a new dermatologist practice. Overall, do not recommend.

Room for improvement as treatment process was rushed with no time allowed for questions. No explanation of procedures being performed, and as a new patient, I didn’t even know what to ask. Several attempts to contact management not answered. After 3rd message, Manager Elena called and was very helpful. Hope the practice will improve Patient Portal, and offer patient support.

The entire staff is friendly, compassionate and caring. Very fortunate to have Dr. Campbell doing the MOH’s procedures. So pleased with the care I received and the outcome.

Derick Dermatology is an outstanding practice. They are very caring, efficient and knowledgeable. I had Danielle and she was fantastic. She even took time out of her personal time to contact me about a question I had.
