Everything was fine, very professional. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and thorough. I was called back to the exam room at my scheduled appointment time. The PA was knowledgeable and listened to me. My suggestion would be that the PA might slow down. Seemed to be in too much of a hurry. That being said, she was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

My husband received care at Pinnacle Dermatology a few years ago and we were very happy with the care, so I called them when I needed help. I was so pleased that I could be seen the very next week. Every single person I encountered there was friendly, professional, respectful and efficient in their capacity. The provider listened to me, examined me, told me what was causing my condition, answered my questions, offered suggestions for my overall skin care and promptly sent a prescription to my pharmacy to treat the current condition. I am quite satisfied with the care I have received from the staff at Pinnacle Dermatology.

When I made my first appointment they got me in in two days. The front desk was very polite and very helpful filling out my initial paperwork. The assistant nurse who took me to the room was also very nice and helpful. Then the nurse practitioner was all of the above and explained my problem where I could understand it well.

People there are very nice and friendly. The Doctor came in and explained what he was going to do and got the job done. I was very impressed with how much they explained everything. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

My 1st appointment with Pinnacle, Decatur, Il. today. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Doctor was excellent in taking time, not acting rushed, answering questions, etc. Definitely recommend Pinnacle!
