Ellie was amazing! I had my first appointment with her, and I’m really looking forward to going back. She was skilled and knowledgeable and good at explaining everything that was about to happen to put me at ease. Excellent bedside manner! Every person I’ve encountered here has been incredibly hospitable and quick to get the answer to any question I might have if they don’t already know it. Highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Ellie!

Her precision and attention to detail make me feel confident in her care. Not only is she gentle, but she is also very attentive, listening carefully and responding to any concerns I may have. Saw the head tech Ellie today for face and neck laser, she was great! Very knowledgeable, adapted to my current state, quite friendly! And very efficient, no wait at the desk.

Wonderful experience! My nurse was Ellie, and she did a fantastic job! I can’t wait to come back for my second session. I got laser hair removal done, and at first I was so scared because of the pain aspect, but she made the experience enjoyable! She walked me through everything she was doing and even implemented different pain methods, such as tapping, counting, and asking how I was feeling throughout the process. She’s truly so skilled at what she does and cares a lot about her patients! Thank you Ellie! Also, shout out to the front desk ladies as well, they’re amazing! Very kind ladies, and as soon as you walk in they offer you water, and ask you if you need anything! It’s always a great time coming here! :)

Ellie has done my Xeomin twice now, and she put such time and thought into my specific needs. She communicated clearly what her thought process was to see if I was on the same page, which I was! The application itself couldn’t have been smoother; she’s careful and clearly experienced. Ellie provides a personal experience and the results are precise. Zoe at the front desk is a pleasure. She took interest in making sure I got all points and promotions possible with my purchase and took her time breaking numbers down for me. I really appreciated it.
