Yesterday was my first visit with Dr Mike. Such a wonderful doctor and nurse. I believe her name is Kristen. Made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. Will definitely return and refer him to others. Thanks for a great visit!

I gave two stars because of how clean everything is other than that the service and the people that work there are rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no type of greeting upon entering the clinic. So once I did get in the back to see the dermatologist I felt rushed. I spent more time waiting to be checked in then I did with the dermatologist. when I asked about particular services. I was told that my insurance may not cover it and it could be about $1000 which is not a problem but the way it was explained to me was in poor manners, as if I could not afford it. There are majority of Caucasian people that work there from what I can see, being a person of color I felt this. The dermatologist looked to see what insurance I had before looking at the skin, Keep in mind my insurance is accepted at this clinic The dermatologist came in speaking fast, kind of out of breath and rushing. Not sure what that was about, but did not appreciate the services.

Dr never looked at my problem, I had to show it to him, then all he did was look from across the room. Gave them my pharmacy info, didn't matter because they sent it to a mail order pharmacy. It took 2 weeks to get 2 prescriptions they wrote. I will not be going there in the future!

Called to make a first time appointment and was greeted with such rudeness. The receptionist was very unfriendly and short. I had to force the questions out of her. I can take my insurance somewhere else!

My experience was what I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My doctor was caring and patient with me. my wait time was less than 10 minutes and the facility was very clean and comfortable. Thanks to the staff.
