Distinctive Dermatology

This place is interested in the money more than your health. I did not have my insurance card with me for an appointment. I’m there every 6 months and it is on file. I had my drivers license but was refused to be seen. Been a regular patient with them for years & we pay every bill. Sad day when my health was put second over money! I won’t go back to a place that has that policy in place for existing patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Journagan's for years. She is focused on my needs and compassionate. I love the staff (so many great women!!) and the cool spa-like building. Sometimes I have a bit of a wait for an appointment, and other times get in quickly, it is what it is. I wish I could spend hours there but docs nowadays have to see a certain amount of patients per day, and we always get done what we need to in my visit. I like that the doctors here stay educated on the latest treatments, helps to know they are putting care first.

Dr. Tobin and her staff are fantastic. The office is efficiently run, and they listened and took time to understand my medical issues. My calls were returned in a timely fashion. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Office staff EXTREMELY RUDE! We get the office isn’t with the 21st century of my chart but you should provide DOCUMENTATION of medications and treatment plan especially when switching things up. My daughter went to her Apt with her older sister as me and her father had to work and it’s hard to reschedule apts with this place. We called to verify the new medications and why they were being sent to an outside pharmacy and the lady has an severe attitude and says “maybe you should have a parent come with her or take notes” like excuse me if you have not provided a discharge summary then it should be fair game to call to verify things! Will not recommend this office to anyone and will be switching

Today was my first time ever going to a dermatologist and Distinctive Dermatology did not disappoint! Everyone was very friendly in welcoming me as a new patient. Dr. Tobin was quick to help me figure out a plan to help fix the keloids that have grown on my ears from infected piercings. I will definitely recommend this dermatology office to everyone!
