Dr. Dy and her staff were wonderful! They listened to my concerns, really worked with me to find a root cause, offered an explanation that I can understand and worked with me on a treatment plan that suits my needs (with additional options/avenues should I need it). Dr. Dy’s expertise and bedside manner are worth the visit.

Gina Stone was amazing. I had such a great experience and she helped me with my acne tremendously. I’ve been to multiple dermatologists in the past and none of them were able to help me. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Gina!

Love my results so far but the reception desk/customer service staff is extemely rude, they all need a lesson in customer care. Was called 2 days before an appt i had scheduled for months stating the Dr was going to be off the day of my appt, they asked me to come in the day before or in May 2025. I live round trip 3 hours from the office so dropping everything I cant do. Was a bit heated the day of thr call. Called back finally today to reschedule this appt and was informed the reception/customer service team automatically put me down for a date and time in May. So now i have an appt in the middle of the day not made by me and will cause me to miss a full day of work due to appt time. Really wish there were more choices for hair loss doctors but there isnt and its sad to have to decide to stay with a doctor you like but hate the reception/customer service team. Very rude, seems like they dont want to be there and have no time for you at all.

Yes, Front desk receptionist are rude! I make an appointment but i got sick a night before my appointment, I called their office first thing in the morning. They still charge for no show. I called the billing dept and told them I had the record of my call. I called the front desk who is very rude! Told me to call 24hrs prior to my appoinment, I got sick at night time How can i call? now im on a collection agency. I will never go back to this office nor to recommend it to my friends.
