I had no clue what to expect. But, I can say this! I was not treated like I was at a emergency care shop. The tech was personable. The Doctor was impeccable. Polite and attentive. And answered the smallest of questions. I will be going back in a year for my annual.

Excellent experience with my doctor. First time patient and it was easy and very welcoming. I am so pleased to have found this place. Now with several visits at the Glenview office....my one observation is the over use of co-pay billing. 1. Consultations are billed as a co-pay....tough when you are there both to be seen and interview the doctor 2. To have the doctor review her work....actually removed a mole that was not discussed and had to come back for the correct one....another co-pay was needed for their error. 3. When stitches were removed...it was done by a medical assistant and the doctor never reviewed her work...I had an issue of a new lump in my face and for me to come see the doctor so she can review...I had to pay another co-pay. 4. It seems the doctor has to split work because they are busy and numerous times are needed and each time a $60 co-pay was asked of me....in 1 month I had 6 co-pays asked of me. Emails were not replied to when I asked why am I having to pay for a check up on their work or correct an error in their work. Though the doctor is very nice and professional...I feel a bit financially drained on the co-pays for follow up visits due to their error and doctor haven't looked at the work she had done. I feel $360 paid to walk in the door to give them business is a bit extreme and I feel like a milked cow. My present doctor is leaving and I will find a smaller office or find a reputable source in Mexico City for treatments as that is my 2nd place of residence.

Dr. Dillig is amazing! LAUREN is a phenomenal aesthetician! Front desk, staff and nurses are very Friendly. Everyone is very helpful! Great dermatology office and highly recommend it!

My appointment at the Glenview office was at 11:50. After waiting 45 minutes, I inquired if there was anyone still ahead of me. Another customer stated she also had an 11:50 appointment. We were double booked and she would go before me. Had I stayed, I would have seen the Dr. an hour late. The same situation happened 6 months earlier at the Lake Forest office. After another lengthy wait, several other patients realized they were double booked. I finally saw the Dr. an hour late. I show respect by arriving for my appointments on time or early. Unfortunately, that respect is not reciprocated with this medical group.

I went to see Dr. Berk at the Lake Forest location and this location is just as good. No one tried to upsell me on product I didn't need. I went in for a skin check and a hyperhidrosis med change. They are very thorough and gave samples.
