Northwestern Medicine Grayslake Outpatient Center

I went to the ER today, and all the ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. The nurse Vangie went above and beyond to me, I loved him and the other nurse, it was a dude I don’t know his name. But they made me feel comfortable at every moment.

🤠🤗✔️Wonderful facility! Cancer treatment, Emergency Care, acute care,🏥 regular doctor's visits, Imaging, everything you would need to get yourself well. A pleasant looking facility, a clean facility, Well staffed, valet service, just a model of how things should be run. I'm usually there 6 or 7 times a year and my wife even more than that. We drive a little farther but it's worth it. Honorable mention, 😁they have a wonderful little cafe there also.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst staff ever in night/overnight shift. Bad attitude, tryna call cops on me because I don't have Noone else to help me take care of my 2nd 9month old kid due to having to transfer my 1st 4 year old kid to a different hospital. ALSO, Talking Negative behind my back when I lowered down the volume of the TV.

Great Doctors, nurses, and physician assistants. Really appreciate how quick the check-in was as well.

What a horrible experience.Im never going back to this hospital.i feel they literally care more for a fan than my health.I asked for a fan because i was sweating profusely and felt like i was going to pass out. Even though i found a small fan that wasn't being used nor was anyone even at the station. The lights were even turned off. I was denied the fan and escorted out by security. For using a fan! I did choose to leave due to the treatment i was receiving.They even called police🤦🏽‍♂️i went there for help and almost left in a squad car! I just cant believe a hospital would deny a patient an apparatus that would aid in his recovery. I even offered to buy it.there actions showed me they had not one ounce of compation for me and this is what made me feel that i wasn't going to get the help i needed. All i know is i better not get a bill because they didn't do anything!
