With me being a woman of color, she was also open about the risk and impact associated with certain approaches to skin correction. Setting up appointment was quick. Entire staff is attentive and friendly. Reasonable prices and good location with great service — I highly recommend.

My third visit to NorthShore MedSpa has cemented me as a long term client. They CARE so much about their customers, they put in the extra time to make sure you are comfortable and pain free. They call/text with you to answer questions about your proceedure to make sure you are informed and feel confident. I travel an hour to get to this office, and am so thrilled with Allie, I will continue to drive up north to get their cosmetic treatments and services.

I was informed step by step what the hydrafacial procedure would entail before it was done. Upon completion of each section of the procedure, Allie would make sure there was no pain or unusual sensations due to my sensitive skin. I very much appreciated her careful, professional approach.
