APEX Rhinology & Cosmetic Surgery Center

Was easy to make an appointment. Front office staff and nurses were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The actual doctor's visit was not expected. Ears were cleaned, reprimand for using ear swabs, offered many other medical treatments (allergy test, sleep study and hormone therapy for menopause - which I am not in). I was prescribed a ear drops and I wasn't explained what it was, what it was to treat and how to use it. I actually had to call back to verify it was the correct medication because when I went to go pick it up it was a nasal spray, which was never discussed.

Doc is great, effective communicator and focuses on the fix. I waited much to long to get in, my own fault, but they called me back with an open spot earlier than my appointment. Great staff, caring and friendly greeting and awesome customer service leading with empathy.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Very to get an appointment. Most of all Dr Shapiro and his nurses are awesome. I strongly recommend them

I work as a paramedic and two of my biggest concerns with any practitioner is 1) patient advocacy and 2) cleanliness. I just had my first appointment with APEX and the Dr. Shapiro and his staff were wonderful. Very personable and they had excellent patient advocacy. He listened to my problems and worked with me to form a care plan that not only addressed my concerns but also showed his skill as a ENT by finding other underlying issues that may be contributing to my condition. The facility was incredibly clean and well set up. I look forward to my future appointments. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I went to the NW urgent care with an ear infection and was given an urgent referral to an ENT. A call got me the first appointment available, three months from the time of my call. One call to Dr Shappiro's office and I was being seen by him in three hours. Great service. Great communication. Instant relief. Thank you Dr Shappiro.
