Edit to my original review: Student experience was 5/5. However, the school is a weird mix of offering services, but not providing tools to help students succeed. I did three services, two of which weren’t able to complete fully because they lacked the proper materials. Lots of compromises to be kind, but as a customer was disappointed. I need to be clear, this is on the Solon, not the students in my opinion. My first time coming in for a haircut, loved working with Alex, she was awesome. Very detailed, asked great questions to support a great cut! I’m considering a facial just to give another try.

My experience was great. New to the school salon setup. As a mom of 2 getting a great hair cut with great music from a student with a stellar teacher was such a fun morning out. I love the natural way my hair turned out and holy cow what a deal. The students and staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend!
