Excellent experience! From the ease of making the appointment through the office visit, things run smooth. There are many locations to fit your needs. Wonderful reception, knowledgeable, friendly PA & medical assistants. They don’t rush you and they listen to you. One stop shop, if you need any prescriptions they have a pharmacy in the office too. You can opt for your own pharmacy if you prefer. The office is very clean & decorated ultra modern, lots of white, silver & marble like accents. If you need a MD to see you, they have excellent doctors. Your next appointment is made in the exam before you leave. The PA appointments are perfect for quicker scheduling and they communicate with the doctor if your medical issue is questionable in any way. You will not be disappointed. Linda H.

Glad I made an appointment at the McHenry office. Simple, made online and got in really quick. All the employees were very pleasant, which makes you feel comfortable. Wait time in the lobby was short. The whole office was beautiful and privacy seemed high priority. The Dr and her assistant spent a good amount of time identifying the issue, photographs were taken and medications were prescribed and given to me on-site. A few days later, the problem began to subside rapidly, reducing the irritation and discomfort. 100% satisfied and highly recommed them.

Service at Derick was exceptional! I was checked in quickly and taken in for my appointment right on time. Erin and Corrinne took good care of me for my first whole body examination and were able to remove an old mole that has been given me problems after the examination was completed. I had two moles sent out to be tested and one turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma so I was glad I went in for examination. I will be headed back soon to get further treatment on the basal cell carcinoma.

Staff is friendly and helpful, Dr. Jennifer was amazing. It was my first time to have something removed and she made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease the whole time.

Ashly and Christine the PA were great. Answered all my questions and rested my brain when I was so nervous. Had a great conversation that took my mind off them cutting into my back LOL. I even bought the Hot Dog Steamer off of Amazon PA Christine told me about! I cannot wait to have hot dogs pool side next Monday in Florida. You all have an excellent team. See you all again next year!
