Very happy with my whole experience having eyelid surgery! Dr. Neema Will, her assistant Rachel and her whole staff were amazing! So pleased with the results of my eyelid surgery, and I’m only one week out! Can’t wait to see even better results down the road! Highly recommend!

After many consultations with providers I decided to schedule my surgery with Dr. Will. I am only 1 week out from the procedure and I am extremely happy with my results so far!! Dr. Will, her nurse Rachel, and the team at all of her locations were always professional and kind. If I ever need a touch up in the future I will be back here for sure.

I got a lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Will and am only a week out and already love my results! Her and the whole stuff were so encouraging throughout the procedure which helped calm my nerves during a scary process.

This office is not for everyone. I think maybe my tan was too dark which is sad because Dr. Burt made it a point to keep bringing up i will have scars because I am a woman of color like her. The nurse and office manager were all rude to me. My Dr basically had to beg for the list needed for me to complete for things like my mammogram. I spent a whole day trying to get them to fax the paperwork to my Dr. The nurse at my doctors office felt so bad that she called on my behalf. Gave them the fax numbers for both offices and the paperwork was never received. I faxed it personally and it was received. I had already paid 12 thousand cash because I like to handle my medical bills up front. Paid it on my very 1st visit despite how I was treated. When I called to question the paperwork and express my concerns the nurse was on the same page. We faxed it....also the front desk clerk did admit towards the end of the day she took down the wrong number. So the dr met with me assured me all was well. I paid another 9 thousand to the dr, and 4 thousand to the surgery center last week and was called by Dr. Burts office, never the surgery center to say I could not have my surgery today due to my potassium levels which was not but a couple points from where it should be. The nurse did not tell me I could take potassium and reschedule. Last week was the holiday so my dr office for my PCP was closed of course. Dr Burt called me with an attitude saying I couldn't even talk to your dr to verify your blood work or past medication because she has no answering machine. Lies!! My dr does. I was even able to page her during Covid when all offices were closed. There has never been a time where her answering machine did not work but all of a sudden....despite me paying in full cash some places will always remind you how welcome you are NOT there. Waste of time. Thank God they finally gave me a refund check after threatening to go to Channel 5 news. Oh but she kept 500 saying she wouldn't return it, and to consider it a deposit because she paid a cancelation fee for my surgery. Women of color proceed with caution.

The staff is friendly and engaging. They are great listeners who clearly care about the patient (patient’s parent) experience. Highly recommend for any dermatology needs.
