Connie is truly amazing and can’t recommend her enough! After years of trying different places, I struggled to find the right fit for Botox. I’d either get too much or too little, and always ended up with hooded eyes, despite others promising it wouldn’t happen. Connie, however, is a total pro. She knows exactly how to treat the lines while maintaining a natural, lifted look. It’s the perfect balance of smoothness without looking overdone. This is my second time seeing her, and I’m so impressed with her expertise. She takes her time to really listen to your concerns and walks you through the process step by step. I’ve been getting compliments non-stop, with people asking what I’ve done because the results look so natural and refreshed.

Every Me left my face permanently damaged. Every day, I wake up and have to live with the consequences of listening to their advice and getting PDRN serum injected under my eyes. Long story short, this injection left my under eyes with permanent dark marks in the shape the injections were made. 1st photo: before 2nd photo: day after injections - you can see the dark, U-crescent shape under my eyes and the pin point injections/bruises that were left in that same area and shape of the dark crescent following photos: after several months and now more than a year later Dr. Goldstein and Connie gave me 10 different reasons why this happened - from admitting their fault that the injections were "too superficial" to several other contradictory reasons and nonsense reasons, some including: - "inflammation" - "lack of oxygen" - my eyelash extensions I've had for 10+ years (one of many examples of complete gaslighting) - the PDRN serum needing to be "melted" by radiofrequency heat They required me to come in for many follow-ups, not only giving a different reason of what was wrong each time, but also different "solutions" which ranged from hydroquinone cream, STEROIDS, filler dissolver and radio frequency. I've visited 2 board certified dermatologists, a board certified cosmetic surgeon and cosmetic surgeon. All of whom were shocked by what happened to my face and confirmed there were no solutions, especially given it's a non-FDA approved substance. Every Me has done NOTHING to compensate me for the damages. Instead, they say I must come in to be evaluated (again) by the same people who permanently damaged me and have put me through all of this distress. Who in their right mind would ever want to waste their time being evaluated or listening to the same people who damaged their face and constantly misled and deceived them? I have written communications from both Connie and Dr. Goldstein that I already know will directly contradict whatever they choose to respond with to this review. Those written communications will not only show you "100% guarantees" that the darkness will go away, but multiple inconsistencies that go against what came out of their mouths before. Stay away and don't let this happen to you.

Was in the other day for some laser work on my face and I just have to say that Connie continues to amaze me each time I go in. She really cares about doing what is best for what you are trying to achieve. Very knowledgeable!

The best facial I have ever received!! (I got the Chocolate facial, but they have others to choose from. Connie is great, super friendly and gave me personalize attention. Lady C Spa is amazing and I will be back for more services for sure! There’s plenty of parking, the front desk attendant was SUPER welcoming (unlike many other spas). The inside space is sparkling clean and the decor is on point! I felt like the queen for the moment. Thank you Lady C. My face feels and looks amazing!
