The facility is bright, modern and clean. Support staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Dr. Mendez addressed my questions and concerns in an easily understandable manner. He completed the surgical procedure in a timely fashion. I felt assured that the outcome of the procedure would be positive. I would recommend him without reservations.

Today was my first visit to this office after having visited almost all of the major local providers in Naperville. I was beyond impressed. First, their administrative staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the office pristine. The medical assistant (I wish I remembered her name we’ll chalk it up to mom brain) was easy to talk to and incredibly kind. Dr. Vellaichamy was all of the above and beyond thorough when it came to discussing my concerns. During my appt I had a minor medical episode and both the Dr and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was not only stable, but felt comfortable. They put my mind at ease. I look forward to continuing my care here and will be moving my family over as well!

I’ve had a recurring issue and have gone to at least four other offices before going to Pinnacle. Dr Chris Lily knew exactly what the issue was and proposed treatment options explaining each thoroughly… I made my choice and in a couple of days post treatment, feel completely healed. Will highly recommend this practice.

Patti who does laser for hair removal is wonderful. She noticed some red spots on my skin that were age related and used laser on them as well. She is very thorough.
