Premier Dermatology - Naperville

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bezanis for over 4 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this clinic. He’s incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to listen carefully and ensure the solutions he provides are effective. The entire team, from the nurses to the receptionists, is absolutely wonderful. It’s truly a place where you feel cared for and valued.

After my former Dermatologist moved onto a new opportunity, I was struggling to find a new one. Ultimately I decided to give Premier a chance based on their reviews. Scheduling an appointment was easy and gave me the option to filter by doctor if I desired. After booking I received a text and email with a link allowing me to complete paperwork in advance in a convenient format. This location is sort of tucked away a couple of minutes off Route 59, making getting in and out a breeze. I found plenty of parking close to the door. The building looks modern and clean. Upon checking in, I was surprised to learn that there was almost nothing additional I had to do thanks to their online capabilities. The staff were friendly, and my wait was short. I saw Dr. Madeline Abrams for my visit and have nothing but good things to say about her. She was extremely kind and patient, listened to my concerns, offered solutions/treatments, and showed vast experience and knowledge. She even let me know what she prescribed is usually covered, but if I had any issues they could change it. She took the necessary time for my visit, and I did not feel rushed at all. I returned for an additional visit about a month later, and my experience was the same. I've now found my new Dermatologist and I would highly recommend Dr. Abrams and Premier.

Great experience today at Premiere Dermatology in Naperville. The staff were so kind and professional during my skin exam and explained everything and addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend this office and practice!
