So far only has a consult, the office is very clean and comfortable with free, easy parking and friendly and efficient office staff. Jill, the patient care coordinator, was knowledgeable, kind and encouraged me to take time thinking through choices rather than pressure me to schedule. Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable, took the time to explain procedures, show potential results via pictures of patients with my same body type as well as in the mirror. She was honest about surgical candidacy and suggested many different options to fit my budget and give the best results. Compared to other quotes Ive received, their fees are fair and billing practices transparent.

Dr Epstein and his entire staff is phenomenal. The amount of detail and care that is given is of the highest level. From my consultation to breast lift and implant removal surgery to the after care has been above and beyond my expectations. If you are a patient of Dr Epstein you are in the best of hands.

Edyta is the absolute best on the NorthShore, hands down. She is fantastic on every level- obviously super talented and knowledgeable, but also completely honest (impossible to find these days) and so loving and kind. Once you meet Edyta, you’ll see. Hooked for life!

Rachel has been my go to for more than a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be happier. I have always been more conservative on things I want done and I appreciate that she listens and gives me confidence in what we are doing, steps to take, and respect to what works best. Dr Epstein and team have been fabulous. Very professional and caring. They always get back to u right away. I had recalled implants removed. New implants put in and breasts lifted. Beautiful outcome.
