Went to Dr Tresley on a recommendation and immediately trusted him and the entire staff. I never even shopped around or got another opinion. He was very professional and mommy gave suggestions after I inquired about what could be done. The day of surgery they had prepared me well and it was all done in office and the only thing that hurt was shot. The rest of it was painless. The before and after pictures are incredible and I feel so refreshed and rested! Recovery went exactly as they had explained and was traveling (by car) a week later (with a little bruising still which was to be expected!) Follow up care was friendly and easy. They all seem like friends now and i would highly recommend him.

I had a lump under my left eye for about 5 years. After consulting with several doctors asking what the lump was I was told that it was a malar bag/festoon caused by sun damage from when I was younger, genetics, aging. I was also told that these were very difficult to treat and to do a deep laser under my left eye. I did several deep lasers combined with needling, tried filler, tried just about everything. The skin under my eyes looked smooth and amazing but the small lump was still there and it was the first thing I noticed when I looked in the mirror. Finally one of the plastic surgeons I consulted with said you need to see an ocular plastic surgeon. I did a lot of research and found Dr. Tresley. We talked about doing a surgical procedure where he surgically lifted and repaired this part of my eye. He told me I would have a small incision scar near the crease of my eye that could easily be covered with makeup. At the same time I had ptosis in my right eye (from years of contact use) where he fixed the muscle so my eye would open more and not look like a was squinting. Both procedures were done in his office by giving me oral sleeping medication. I felt nothing, do not remember much and the next thing I knew I was in the waiting room ready to be picked up. The lump under my left eye is finally gone. You cannot see the scar at all and I am thrilled with the results. The ptosis in my right eye is also fixed and my lazy lid is open and beautiful. He is a very experienced doctor and knows what he is doing. I am really happy I chose him and my eyes look beautiful!

Dr Tresley is an exceptionally skilled and gifted plastic surgeon. He far exceeded my expectations. He strives for perfection in his craft and does so in a professional and easy going manner. He literally changed my life in a profound and lasting way. I am extremely grateful to Dr Tresley and his staff, who are equally professional and personable. I only wish I had discovered Dr Tresley earlier. He comes with my highest recommendation.
