A special shoutout to Elise, the nurse, who was truly exceptional! Her professionalism, expertise, and caring nature made all the difference. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I will definitely be referring my friends and family.

Friendly and experienced staff who checked on my progress every step of the way. I have completed my laser hair removal and am now on maintenance - so far so good - hair is WAY less and much finer than my previously course hair that seemed to grow back within hours. It’s so nice to not have to shave every day! Shoutouts to Elise and Irene who always take the time to guide future sessions and manage expectations!

I’ve been considering laser tattoo removal for a while now, but it wasn’t until I spoke with Bianca that I finally decided to go through with it. Not only did she walk me through every step of the process on a SUNDAY afternoon, she was also extremely empathetic when it came to my financial situation. She talked me through the pre-approval process and even went on to discuss alternatives methods of payment that would allow me to get started right away without negatively impacting my credit (or my wallet). It was immediately clear what makes this medical clinic stand out from the others, and that is their customer service. Highly recommended!!

Today was 1st visit and it went perfect. The girls in the front were super nice and friendly, answered all my questions. The nurse was very sweet and gentle. She also answered all my questions. Love this place. Highly recommended 🫶

I had my first laser hair removal session at Laser Away. I have to admit I was nervous and excited at the same time. I was nervous for no reason. The staff was professional and welcoming. Nurse Yellitza was knowledgeable and made feel comfortable. Thank you ALL and I'm looking forward to my next session. Aries 😀
