Nice office. Easy to book appointment. Doctor took time to answer my questions. I felt uncomfortable her assistant being in the room all the time without my consent. I haven't gotten printed visit notes or written instructions for how often I use the cream they gave me. Tried to contact them a few times to access my visit notes and it took a few weeks to be able to do that. On my second visit doctor took time to listen to me and answer all of my concerns. The refill was easy. They helped me find a deal for my prescription.

Dr. Damstetter is the best! I have been a patient of her’s for 5 years, and I followed her from Rush when she opened her own practice! Very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable with her. Kian I meet for the first time at my appointment and he was very welcoming, and I felt like I knew him forever! He took his time with his questions with my son being a new patient today. A wonderful asset to the practice.

I was hesitant to go to a dermatologist that also performed cosmetic procedures because I didn’t know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr Damstetter was able to quickly diagnose a life time of skin issues that I’ve experienced and immediately gave me an effective treatment plan. I highly recommend.
