For the very best salon experience you have to go to Joanne's! She has been doing my hair since I was 17 yrs old and I have always had the best results with whatever I was having done. Professional and courteous, she and her staff go the extra mile to do things right and make the customers happy!

I have been there for my nails with Lena. She does an excellent job. But I was surprised to find out that as of 1 Jan, 2024 you raised your prices. I can understand the increase, but it went up $10. That is quite a jump. I really hope Lena doesn't lose customers over this. I Love her work, but I don't know if I can continue to pay those prices.

I can readily give 5 stars. My hair always looks like I want it to. Joanne listens to my descriptions and somehow figures it out. Staff are friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend Joanne’s Total Image Salon & Spa.

The nail tech Lena. This young lady has a bright future ahead of her! She treats your nails like a work of art and enjoys her job! I went easy on her and started with a stormtrooper on my ring fingers and she absolutely nailed it and made my little nerd heart happy! Very reasonable prices too! I went for first time yesterday and I will definitely return! Appointment only!
