Pinnacle Dermatology - Orland Park

I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door . The receptionist was very kind and efficient. I did not wait long. The medical assistant brought me back and asked me questions and made me feel comfortable. They have real clothes gowns for the total body check! Dr Shirley Jean-Baptiste was extremely thorough. She explained things in language I could understand. I was very impressed overall.

I arrived a few minutes before my 11:15 am appointment. At 11:45 am I told the front desk employees that I had been waiting for half an hour. I was told I would be the next patient. I continued to wait. At 12:15 pm, I had to tell the front desk employees that I've waited an hour and that I'll have to reschedule my appointment for a different day. If you’re reading this, find a medical office that has some respect for punctuality and people's time. Avoid this office. You deserve much better.

When I first called for an appointment, I was pleased to be able to schedule one in about a week’s time. On the day of my appointment I was called into an exam room exactly at the appointment time. The person who brought me in asked some questions and then informed me the PA would be in shortly. The PA arrived approximately five minutes later. She looked at my skin condition, took some samples, and then explained what I had and the course of treatment. I found everyone at Pinnacle to be helpful, compassionate and professional. I am more than pleased with everyone I saw that day and would highly recommend this practice.

Great team over at Pinnacle Orland Park. My visit was both parts professional and friendly. The visit provided me with all the information I needed, and in the end I left the examination room with everything I needed to heal after the pain free biopsy, fresh bandages and sunscreens to keep me covered all summer. I had no problem deciding to schedule my yearly screening with them before I left. Thank you!

The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Dr. Shirley Jean-Baptiste was spot-on with her examination and diagnosis. She was exceptionally clear with her explanation and instructions. The nurse that worked with her (Sam) was also very clear in reiterating the instructions and their expectations. This was a very good visit.
