The quality of service was top-notch, and I felt truly valued as a patient. Every detail was handled with care, and the results exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find such dedication and excellence these days, but Paige delivered 100%! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service. Went to see Dr Mike in the Evergreen office today. This was my first visit. Dr Mike and Kristin were awesome. Put me right at ease and answered all my questions. They were so friendly. Took me in right on time. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you and I will definitely be back and refer you to my friends

I'm changing my review I was recommended Cerave Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser 5oz after I told them my skin was sensitive and even the box said it wasn't recommended for sensitive skin but I trusted the dermatologist but unfortunately it only made my skin worse sometimes you have to do your own research and having bad recommendations is why I left my old dermatologist remember your messing with permanent and long last creams with a s and some things can't be undone,I'm staying awake from dermatologist for awhile because I keep on have negative experiences with recommendations.Some good things are how clean this place is the free samples AND free wifi including the staff being very professional.

I will never come back to this place again. I had an appointment for 9am today. And I know it was 9am because I also have another doctor's appointment today in the evening and I told myself I could make both. As I walk into eh door I speak to a little young brat by the name of Talia. She proceeds to not only tell me they don't have an appointment for me today, but I also have a collections so they couldn't see me. I was immediately perplexed because I had no idea about any collections, and I reasoned with her well why didn't anyone let me know this before I wasted my time coming here? I've had this appointment scheduled for a whole week and no one told me anything about this. I was also told I had duplicate accounts because I made the appointment online. Well to me, that sounds like a systems issue. Still, not my fault. So. I ask for a manager. Little young Talia proceeds to smack her little lips, flip her little hair around, and go get the manager. Slamming the door behind her. Wow. Do you really think I care about any of that? I had a toddler at home once myself. I am more than equipped to deal with things like that. An older lady by the name of Becky came out and apologized for her idiocy. Very warm and nice person. Little miss Talia chose to start to ignore me though. Leaving her chair once more, whipping her hair around, to go hide in the backrooms and give me the "cold shoulder". Once again, I have been around plenty of toddlers. I am not the least bit hurt. I was given the number to pay whatever bill I have. Which will be paid when I can. I have contacted the BBB as well and will file a complaint with my insurance. Plus I'm going to call corporate. Because this is not the first time this has happened. Why do I have duplicate accounts and why aren't they informing people BEFORE they make the effort to come in if they owe any money? Not to mention my appointment time was changed out of the blue. This may be a great place for others. But for me, I can do better. I won't ever be coming here again. Thank you little miss Talia for such an eye opening experience into the wide world of the terrible two's and the basic attitudes of bratty kids. I appreciate it.

I just had a diamond glow facial with Elise and I feel amazing! My skin is glowing and feels so fresh. Elise was very personable and professional. She shared why she took each step and what each of the products would do for my skin. I will be coming back again!
