Totally satisfied with the doctors. They are fantastic. What I find very non professional is the overly long hair cut and double nose ring of the male receptionist. This is not the image everyone should encounter when checking in.
Check-in was inconvenient with the kiosk. My appointment felt super rushed, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were addressed or my skin was looked over thoroughly.
The staff was kind, welcoming & time efficient. The check-in kiosk made my first time registration easy. Dr. Fiore has a great bedside manner & sense of humor. I liked that he explained things in medical terms but also in a way I could understand easily. I was given solutions & multiple treatments options which helped me feel more in control of my health instead of most places that push certain medications on you. Overall great experience and I'm looking forward to my follow up!
The doctors are cool and physician assistants are wonderful. I have never experienced any issues with this location or any other until now. Prior to my appointment, I updated all my information at home. Upon arrival at the office, they no longer scan your license or insurance card at the receptionist desk. There is now a kiosk where you complete the receptionist's tasks. I was immediately annoyed that I doing a task that should be completed by the receptionist. Feeling confused, I approached the person at the desk before my kiosk session ended. Despite the receptionist being busy with other patients, I needed assistance before being timed out of the kiosk. The blonde receptionist rudely instructed me on what to do, but I was still confused and tried to explain my needs. Fortunately, a kind man who was another receptionist clarified the process for me. As I walked away to complete my tasks, the rude blonde receptionist gave me a rude look. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and started me down as I walked away. I stared right back at her, perplexed by her behavior. She not only treated me poorly but also mistreated a kind elderly woman. The elder woman approached me for help because the receptionist refused to assist her, as per the lady's own words. I helped the elderly woman at the kiosk, sorting through her personal information as she was unsure of what to do. I should not be looking at another patients information because a rude receptionist can’t get up off her chair to help an elderly woman. The blonde receptionist really pissed me off. She was not only impolite to me but also unwilling to assist the elderly woman at the kiosk. Furthermore, I am displeased with the fact that any information not entered at the kiosk must be completed at home. I was informed that I would have to return home and fill it online. The whole point of having an in person doctors appointment is to have a receptionist take your information. I have never been to a doctor's office where everything is so technology-based. This appointment has left me feeling extremely frustrated.
I only came here because my usual dermatologist was unavailable. The office itself is cold & left much to be desired - there is no one greeting you or offering any interaction when you walk in. Check in for some reason is at a kiosk with a large bright screen, where all of your information has to be entered at every appointment…even for a follow up. There are tacky printed signs all over the lobby indicating the kiosk/mobile check in. They are not timely, even when you’re early, you’re waiting around 20 minutes past your appointment time. The staff is friendly, as are the doctors, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
