I absolutely love Aggie! She is amazing and I've been seeing her for years now. She is professional, down to earth and honestly goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable! After reading a review on here before making my own, a woman said this spa will only take care of you if you have money and status. Well, I'm not rich by any means! I'm normal working mom with 2 jobs and with no status but have been treated very well by Aggie! I've never felt I've been treated any differently because I don't spend thousands here monthly. I've been treated with the up most respect and kindness on every visit by Aggie! Please don't hesitate to try this spa.

Dominika, the current owner, used to be the girlfriend of the previous owner. She used to work for that owner as an injector. I used to like Supreme because I felt like they really cared for me, the client. If you have lots of money or you are the treasurer for the State of Illinois, they will gladly help you and take videos of themselves helping you so they can have content for Instagram. It's all about the perception of kindness and concern for clients. Perception. I have gone to the spa for aesthetics and for wellness. I've paid them at least $5K since I started going, approx 2019. At one time, I was going once a week for pain relief because I have Fibromyalgia (google for explanation), and at the time it was helpful but I couldn't afford to continue to pay for the maintenance. The latest treatment I had from Supreme was fake semiglutide injections. I wanted to lose 20 lbs. Who doesn't? Semiglutide is the ingredient in Ozempic and the other popular weight loss injections. Supreme charges are cheaper prices because they are using the COMPOUND. That is why it is cheaper. It's NOT THE SAME. When I started the shots, I was told by Aggie (nurse, who I had known for several years), that EVERYONE loses weight with their "skinny shots." It might take more or less time, and we would be increasing the dosage every month, but EVERYONE loses weight. I stressed that because I didn't want to waste $400. a month for nothing. Every visit I made to pick up more syringes of the compound, I would ask Aggie again. She would assure me every time that EVERYONE lost weight and no one ever quit until they reached their goal. Doesn't that sound great to you? It did to me. I was hoping to be lighter for summer and hopefully lower my blood pressure. After three months and $1100 (they still owe me $100!) that they refuse to send me. I quit the program because I lost NOTHING except my money and any confidence in Supreme Wellness Willowbrook or Park Ridge. I had mentioned to Aggie about the fibromyalgia, and she seemed unfazed. She had no idea what I was talking about. I never talked to Dominika about the shots since I only saw her in Willowbrook once, and she was on the phone. Their "baby" is Park Ridge. After quitting, I messaged her, explaining that I didn't lose any weight over three months, and could it be from fibromyalgia? Dominika initially didn't get back to me. I waited a week and messaged her again. She told me the usual, I signed a release and that there are no refunds. She had called her compounding pharmacy to ask them about their product, and they told her there were no issues with their compounded semiglutide. The pharmacy suggested I should have taken it longer and would have seen results! Really? I researched, and three months is plenty of time to have seen at least an initial minimum loss of weight. I remembered that back to that first visit, I didn't have to fill out any medical history forms before they injected me with a compounded drug. Now I know if you have thyroid issues (I do), that it may have different outcomes. But I found that on my own. As I was explaining to Dominika my concerns, she completely turned on me telling me it's my problem, I signed a release, and that I was just trying to get my money back. And I wasn't. I would have settled for other services, but I still think she could have met me halfway. I think Supreme was being neglectful by not gathering medical history before injecting someone with a drug. As the message continued, she started insulting me and telling me that she knew I didn't have money, and she could have charged me more!!! She was more concerned with me harassing her. She's the owner. Who else should I talk to? It's all about the money. Btw, should a wellness spa owner promote wellness and then get a boob job, a nose job, wear two sets of false eyelashes, and bleach their hair blonde? She can't change the way she is on the inside. Ugly. Everything is temporary and don't waste your money!

Supreme has helped my Father recover tremendously after his Stroke. Dom and Steve are extremely knowledgeable and professional and treat us like family. The recovery and longevity based treatment offered at Supreme is fantastic!

My technician is joy & she is amazing!! She does my lip filler & my smile line filler… She always makes sure that I am 100% satisfied with results before leaving & gives her professional input & advice on how to proceed with treatment/services. I thought I needed more filler in my smile lines & she saved me a lot of money by dissolving migrated filler, instead of having me pay for more filler knowing that was not in my best interest. I always love my results & continue to go back to joy. I would recommend joy to anyone that enjoys a patient technician that will focus on achieving your personal goals & makes sure you are happy with the results!
