Very accommodating! They got us in quickly. The front desk staff was friendly. And Monica was so sweet with my kids! Very patient and made them feel comfortable during the exam.

I was blown away by the level of professionalism this location provided. Upon arrival I was immediately welcomed with a smile. During my visit the ladies were kind, thorough, and explained everything they were doing and why. I had taken a chance to come here leaving another place and I'm glad I did. The rooms are clean and modern and it appears to be a great working environment judging by the quality of service. I highly recommend this location.

"A well oiled machine" is the best way I can describe Derick Dermatology. The check in process is very easy and they are able to send the waivers for pt care via text. Waiting in the lobby is minimal. I was called back to the room within 10 minutes. The medical assistant asked some questions and the came back in the room with the provider and they tag teamed care. MA was taking pictures of skin while the provider was freezing wart. They were done with all the care within 15 minutes. Very professional and very clear they work as a team. Discharge instructions were clear. This was a great healthcare experience and would recommend anyone to this office. Cheers and stay healthy !

After having two appointments for intense itchy rash, I had a biopsy done on my arm. Results were vague saying it was some kind of allergy and next they suggested I get skin patch testing. I called three times trying to make an appointment and kept getting disconnected. Nobody apologized and nobody called me back when I finally reached someone they informed me I had the choice of going to Elgin Arlington Heights, or Crystal Lake. I live in Plainfield. Apparently, no technicians nearby know how to do the patch test that they offer. I am frustrated with no answers. Also- if you notice the canned response all bad reviews get-(we are usually known for our exceptional service and are sorry we missed the mark), they obviously are not interested in their patients concerns or care.

I am very happy with Derick Dermatology. Your first impression when you walk in is so impressive. Everything is so clean, neat, and polished. Check-in personnel are professional and friendly. My care team is also professional and friendly. They are very caring and make sure you are satisfied with the service - checking with you every step of the way. I highly recommend my care team and Derick Dermatology.
