Jaisha and Dr Haugen are wonderful! Exceptional care. No waiting, efficient, and answered all questions. Beautiful, clean office.

I never have to wait! I check in and almost immediately am taken back for my appointment. Jaisha is so friendly and efficent and then Dr. Haugen comes in the room. Dr. Haugen is very thorough, really takes her time looking at everything with a lighted microscope (huge difference from my last dermatologist who just glanced me over) The doctor answers all my questions and then Jaisha and I make my next yearly appointment. I give a thumbs up!

I was admittedly late for my 7:20am appointment. Believe I walked in at 7:37am. Between getting two young kids ready for school/out of the house and traffic, it was the best I could do. Reception turned me away because I was beyond their 15 minute grace period. I was offered a "standby" appointment for the day. I have work, like everyone else. I'm sure the care is great, but after wasting who-knows-how-much of my life waiting on doctors in that little room...I was shocked to be turned away. If you live 30min+ away, find another location.

Dr. Haugen and her team are the best. They always Take the time to explain any procedures and provide information on preventative skin care. Exams are thorough, comprehensive and very professional. The office is clean and very relaxing.
