The worst!! Spent a lot of money to have everything he did was done horribly and a complete mess looks like hell as well! So disappointed with all the outcome and his uncaring attitude , he couldn’t mess things up but the proof was in from of his face but still seemed to think it was fine! It was not and still is not so am going to another dr to-get the hot mess fixed!! I would not recommend him to anyone!! May have been ok in His day but he’s horrible now! May be time to retire!!

Dr. Russell is a very skilled surgeon who makes you feel completely at ease. His office is great his nurse Liz is amazing and will make you feel right at home and take care of any of your worries, questions, concerns, she’s there for you from start to finish just as Dr. Russell is! I am so happy to have made the decision to use Dr. Russell for all of my plastic surgery needs I wore a 2 piece swimsuit for the first time in 23 years and feel amazing! Great experience from start to finish!

Dr. Russell and his office staff are amazing. Skilled surgeon with years of experience. He is a dedicated educator of plastic surgery residents and a master of his craft. Highly recommend!!

I recently obtained Botox treatment from Heartland Plastic Surgery. The physician, Dr. Evyn Neumeister, performed the treatment and was phenomenal. She was very informative of what to expect before, during and after the treatment. She made the visit very easy and calming. Dr. Neumeister even spoke of reasons for not doing certain things in certain areas because of the negative reactions that could occur. I feel confident and reassured with my decision to have sought out treatment from this organization and recommend it for others in the market.

I am so impressed with Dr. Russell. His ability to calm me and provide humor prior to surgery meant everything to me. I feel great less than 24 hours post op.
