Dr is good, PA is good but there's a troll that sits at the front desk (left side when you walk up to counter) who is rude, smart mouthed and genuinely has no clue what she's doing or saying. The only way she has a job is she's either related to someone or somebody lost a bet. She brings their services down to a new low and I will never return to this practice. Staff should be as awesome as the doctors they work for.

After being disappointed by other clinics I found this place a little over a year ago and I am glad I did. Dr Jazayerli and Jennifer Cunningham PA-C are amazing at what they do. The clinic does a great job at making the patient feel comfortable. The atmosphere is appropriately sterile and the administration is friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone suffering from a skin condition or looking for a local steady dermatologist.

I have went to Dr. Jazayerli for multiple skin issues and my husband developed some issues so I made and appointment for him with Dr. J. He had to go back a couple times and hopefully this will take care of it but if not, Dr. J already explained what he may have to do if this doesn't take care of it. We are both very pleased with Dr. J. He is very thorough during your appointment and not only takes care of the current issue but looks your skin over at the same time to see if he sees anything of concern while you are there. Would highly recommend him.

Their receptionist is very unprofessional. Due to a product registry issue, I had to call and try and reschedule my daughter's appointment, and the receptionist was so unhelpful and uncaring, and then just hung up on me. I then called back and asked to speak to the office manager, or have them call me back, its been 2 days and I have not heard anything back. I eventually called the St. Charles office and they seemed much nicer.

Very personable and efficient. They are always on time, all my questions are answered and I never feel rushed through the appointment. Highly recommend!
